At Ana Harmony, our HIFU Facial treatment is performed by one of our expert practitioners using the Focus Dual from Lynton. This is a safe and effective medical grade device. We use the HIFU technology on the face to achieve non-invasive facial tissue lifting and to improve skin texture and tone. Focus Dual is our latest option for non-surgical skin tightening, treatments result in an unmatched boost of collagen and elastin for sagging facial tissue. 

The Focus Dual also has unique Safety Assist Transducers (SAT). This emits high intensity ultrasound waves in a unique pattern that avoids unwanted overlap in the surface tissues. The safety assist transducers direct the ultrasound energy to a small focal point where high temperatures cause tissue coagulation, sparing adjacent non targeted tissues. What does this mean for you? SATs help to reduce discomfort and downtime for our clients.

There are not many downsides to the Focus Dual HIFU facial treatment. The safety profile is excellent, with results that speak for themselves. During treatment you will feel tingling or minor discomfort. Post-treatment you may experience facial redness and slight swelling. This is an effect that displays that the treatment has worked and usually lasts for 24 hours. Side effects rarely occur but, in some cases, people experience tingling for a few days to a week after treatment and bruising or numbness, this dissipates over time. After the treatment, it is essential to look after your skin. A good SPF is advised and your practitioner will be able to advise you on which products to use for best results post-treatment. 

Almost anyone can benefit from the safe and effective Focus Dual HIFU facial treatment. There are some people who cannot be treated due to the nature of this advanced skin treatment. People with an active skin infection, open wounds and visible acne lesions in the treatment area should not be treated. People with pacemakers or other electronic implants are not able to undergo this type of treatment, and those who are pregnant are also excluded.
